Board composition

The NTHK Foundation has a board that is responsible for managing the assets. The board consists of three persons, namely a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer.

Chairman

Mr M.C. Croiset has been appointed as chairman first August 25, 2021 and is re-appointed for another term April 1, 2026.

Secretaris

Mr M.A. van Oosten is appointed as secretary per April 1, 2026. He is new.

Penningmeester

Mr. B.J. van Elzakker is appointed as treasurer per April 1, 2026. He has been the director of the operations office in Enkawa, Erbil, Kurdistan region since November 2022.

Policy plan

To comply with so-called ANBI rules, NTHK has a not-for-profit policy plan, so that certain donations are tax deductible. You can view the policy by downloading it here::

Remuneration policy

In principle, the board members do not receive any remuneration for their board duties. However, upon consultation, expenses incurred—such as those related to fundraising and collecting goods—may be reimbursed.
